The Role

HONK is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our growing Account Management team. In this role, you will support senior team members in managing client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a select group of client accounts.
  • Support onboarding and implementation processes for new customers, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless setup.
  • Help monitor account performance and prepare regular reports, including usage trends, revenue, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Operations, and Support teams to resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
  • Contribute to client meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews by preparing materials and follow-up notes.
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client information and activity tracking in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Account Management team as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role ideally in the parking industry (internships or co-op experience considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with customers via phone, email, and video.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem solver with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Ideally located in or around the Washington DC, Baltimore or Toronto area.

Compensation

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
